Welcome to Mardi Gras Beads Factory LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using mardigrasbeadsfactory.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. General Use of the Website

This Site and all content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity of any kind.

We reserve the right to:

Update or modify these Terms at any time
Refuse service
Cancel orders
Limit quantities

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions. However:

Product colors, sizes, and styles may vary from photos. Images are for reference only.
Inventory levels may change quickly, and availability is not guaranteed until the order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

In the event of a pricing, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order placed under the incorrect price
Issue a full refund if the order was already paid

We are not obligated to honor inaccurate prices.

4. Orders & Payment

Minimum Order Requirement

Online orders require a minimum of $35.

Order Modifications

Items cannot be added to an existing order. A new order must be placed.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to securely process payments.

Stripe's policies apply to all transactions. We do not store your payment information.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Suspicious activity
Incorrect pricing
Inventory issues

5. Pick-Up Orders

We offer in-store pick-up only.

Orders require at least 24 hours before they are ready for pick-up.
Sales tax applies to orders picked up in Louisiana.
Customers are responsible for picking up orders promptly.

6. Layaway Program

Requirements

Minimum layaway order: $400
20% non-refundable deposit required
Balance must be paid in full before pick-up
Pick-up deadline: February 3, 2026

Additional Terms

Layaway orders not claimed by the deadline may be cancelled. All payments made toward the layaway order, including the initial deposit and any additional installments, are non-refundable.

Products are not guaranteed to remain available after cancellation.
We reserve the right to adjust inventory availability due to supply issues, unforeseen events, or technical errors.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged/Defective Items

We will provide an exchange if:

You contact us within one business day of purchase
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Costumes
Hats
Masks
Wigs
Any item with opened packaging is non-returnable.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The Site will operate without errors or interruptions
Product descriptions, images, or specifications are always accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mardi Gras Beads Factory LLC is not liable for:

Losses due to order delays, incorrect inventory, or system errors
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses caused by misuse of products

Your sole remedy is limited to replacement or refund (when applicable).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
