We want you to be happy with every catch. Here's when we can help with a return or exchange.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted except for damaged or defective merchandise.
We'll provide an exchange if
- You contact us within one business day of purchase
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
- Costumes
- Hats
- Masks
- Wigs
- Any opened merchandise
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
